BASE DU ROCHER

From 1 hour to a full day, explore the Argens by canoe, kayak or paddle on one of our 2 self-guided routes. The river Argens, a haven of peace and biodiversity, gives you a great place to navigate, swim and picnic!
A dream canoe outing then walking with a naturalist from the S’PECE Association at the end of day - as the sun drops, the shadows lengthen and the sky glows red.
(july and august, 5 thursdays)
Discover the Argens differently, with one of our nature guides. In the heart of the protected reserve Natura 2000, take a trip with a naturalist from S’PECE and discover the local fauna and flora in the wild - a place full of surprises! (july and august, 4 saturdays)

Classified one of the 7 Wonders of Provence by Figaro Magazine in 2015, the Argens is one of the most beautiful wild sites on the Côte d’Azur! Here you are in Provence, in the Var Department, close to the beaches and major tourism sites – and yet the countryside you’ll be in offers a spectacle of nature. The lush green vegetation, calm waters, hills and cliffs offer a haven of biodiversity where you might come across a Kingfisher, a European Bee-eater or even a turtle!
